Camping Info:
On Friday, our campground host will be ready to check people in from 2pm-9pm. If you think you may be checking in later, just shoot us a quick email and let us know. Here is a map link to the location for check-in. Make sure to come down Fairgrounds Rd. because the North gates at the Fairgrounds on Lee Rd will be closed. Be aware, if you come at night, it may be pretty dark at the end of the road, but just look on the right hand side for the open gate (the main gate will be closed). If you need any assistance with finding the location, just contact our host (info below).
On Sunday, we are requesting that everyone is packed up by 5pm as our campground hosts are volunteers.
Inquiry answers and general info:
- The fairgrounds has lots of room with plenty of tent camping spots/RV hookups. We do not have assigned camping spots, so it is first come first serve, but there will be plenty of room for everyone.
- No ATVs or UTVs
- No pets allowed
- The Gardens in the SW Corner of the fairgrounds (near the race track entrance) are off limits for camping
- Low BBQs and warming fires are not allowed on the grass (the heat from it kills the grass) but they are allowed on the asphalt.
- You may borrow the picnic benches for your camp spot but they will need to be returned to the edge of the asphalt before you leave.
- Please ensure all trash and recycling make it to the large bins
- Showers are available in both the North and the East bathrooms.
