Team Staff Requirements
* As a USA Swimming Club, every staff member we hire has been screened, and background checked, following USA Swimming guidelines & rules, prior to employment.
* As a USA Swimming Club, every staff member we hire must become a USA Swimming non-Athlete member and complete the required training.
* Every new hire for the team (coaches and any other staff) will also have a minimum of 2 reference checks completed prior to employment.
* Every Coach is held to the Team Code of Conduct for Coaches.
